Duties
The U.S. Marketing Value and Affordability team is responsible for developing short- and long-term value strategies, in partnership with Revenue Growth Management and cross-functional teams, to drive business growth and engage consumers through clear, compelling affordability platforms. This role will primarily support the strategy, planning, and execution of national mass value initiatives, own the digital flash offer strategy and manage planning and logistics across two key Operator committees.
The Supervisor, U.S. Value & Affordability Marketing, Mass Value will be responsible for:
· Support the development, planning, and execution of national mass value strategies and promotions that strengthen McDonald’s value perception and drive business growth.
· Partner with Revenue Growth Management, Field Marketing, SIP, Operations, and Marketing sub-teams to evaluate value opportunities, align on recommendations, and support go-to-market planning.
· Support the development of clear, compelling presentations, pre-reads, and operator-facing materials to support alignment, sell-in, and decision-making with OPNAD and other key stakeholders.
· Partner with cross-functional marketing partners to ensure go-to-market plans are optimized and align with business objectives.
· Develop comprehensive, accurate training and reference materials to support national Value campaigns.
· Synthesize business performance, competitive activity, consumer insights, and operator feedback into reference materials to support business decision-making.
· Manage key workstreams, timelines, inputs, and follow-ups across mass value initiatives to ensure strong execution and cross-functional alignment.
· Own the national flash offer strategy within digital value, including planning, partnering with RGM on performance evaluation, and recommendations for future optimization.
· Manage logistics for two operator committees — Value Committee and Digital Value Team (DVT) — including coordination, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business, or related field.
· 3+ years of proven experience working across marketing, operations, or other business disciplines.
· Marketing curiosity: Experience supporting national marketing programs, promotional strategy, value platforms, or go-to-market execution.
· Translating data to drive recommendations: Ability to synthesize data, insights, and stakeholder feedback into clear recommendations.
· Intellectually curious: Interested in digging into questions and problems affecting the business to identify insights that will drive growth and business improvement.
· Influential and collaborative: Able to engage with others, within teams, across functions, and across levels to drive business outcomes.
· Inclusive: Open to others’ points of view and able to collaborate with others across differences.
· Excellent project and time management capabilities: Ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous workstreams with an organized approach to ensure results are delivered on time and within scope.
· Strong communicator (oral and written): Can take complex topics and develop clear narratives that can be tailored to different audiences.
· Comfortable with ambiguity: Able to successfully operate in environments where there is not a clearly established playbook or process; comfortable with bringing definition to ambiguous topics or questions.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $85,014.00 - $106,267.00 per year
