Our Corporate Home Office has an exciting opportunity for a US National Deployment Director. This position will be responsible for leading, developing, and directing a team of PMO Managers and Consultants to plan, implement and execute effective initiative deployment plans across all Field Offices and McOpCo. This role is responsible for sourcing and developing top talent for the system. The role includes being an active member of Myra’s Leadership Team and partnering with the FVPs and McOpCo FVP as a trusted strategic advisor. Partner with the US National Ops VP to lead and guide the strategic direction and focus of the US National Leadership Team.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Principle responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partners and collaborates with US National Ops VP and Directors to develop and deploy implementation plans for all new initiatives, process improvements, and field testing.
  • GSET and RXR voting member that collaborates with Menu, Supply Chain and Marketing on the implementation timelines, deployment approach, and sequencing of initiatives.
  • Collaborates and aligns with PMO Managers on the sequencing of initiative deployments according to GSET calendar, team capacities, and local GSET activities.
  • Collaborates and aligns with PMO Managers on developing Field Office and BU GSET calendars to effectively sequence and deploy initiatives at a Gold Standard Level.
  • Operations partner on National President’s leadership team to provide guidance and insight on Running Great Restaurants.
  • Trusted strategic advisor for the FVPs including McOpCo to provide guidance and insight on talent development, initiative execution, and GSET calendar discipline.
  • Conduit from the field to MHQ for high-priority issues related to initiative deployment and keeps US National Ops Leadership Team informed.
  • Role model and lead the sourcing and developing of top talent for the US National Field Deployment Team.
  • Strategic trusted advisor for the US National Ops VP on leading and guiding the strategic focus and direction of the US National Ops Leadership Team

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 plus years of operations experience
  • 5 plus years of people leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in leading a large and high functioning team
  • Talent and performance management experience in sourcing and developing top talent for the system
  • Deep understanding of McDonald’s restaurant operations and current initiatives
  • Experienced in project management with the capabilities to quickly identify and address initiative deployment roadblocks
  • Skilled in building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the enterprise (MHQ and Field Office)
  • Effectively manages and prioritizes the multiple demands on your time.
  • Versatile communicator with ability to convey ideas at various levels of granularity and tailor messaging to all audiences
  • Skilled in leading, coaching and advising on the development of project plans that result in gold standard execution

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $168,212.00 - $210,265.00 per year
