Department Overview

This opportunity is part of the Global Technology Enterprise Products & Platforms (EPP) team, supporting the evolution of our Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) data and reporting capabilities. EPP’s vision is to “Always be a... people-led, product-centric, forward-thinking & trusted technology partner of choice.”

 

The Supervisor, Technical Product Management of ESG plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our ESG product ecosystem, with a focus on the Salesforce Net Zero Cloud platform. This position is ideal for someone who is technically curious, diligent, and passionate about enabling data-driven decision-making through modern product practices. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of EPP’s ESG products and services, helping to shape how we deliver value to the business through agile product operations, platform expertise, and continuous improvement.

Duties

We are seeking a strategic and user-centered Supervisor of Technical Product Management to lead the development and evolution of our ESG data modernization product solution. This role is ideal for a systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, design, and business outcomes. You will guide a multi-functional product trio (product, design, engineering) and collaborate with partners to deliver impactful, data-informed solutions that support our ESG reporting vision.

 

As a servant leader, you will champion agile product practicesdesign thinking, and continuous discovery, while enabling the team to deliver value iteratively and sustainably. Your expertise in Salesforce (Net Zero Cloud) and data analytics will support product strategy, roadmap execution, and performance measurement.

 

  • Own the day-to-day product operations by continuously monitoring platform performance, user behavior, and stakeholder feedback to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with product goals.
  • Act as the domain expert on the Salesforce Net Zero Cloud platform, understanding its architecture, data flows, and configuration to support business users and solve issues.
  • Support product discovery and delivery by gathering user research, requirement gathering, and solution validation using agile and design thinking practices.
  • Collaborate with the product triad (product, design, engineering) to refine user stories, prioritize the backlog, and ensure sprint goals are met.
  • Generate and maintain product data dashboards and reports to track product critical metrics, user engagement, and system health, providing insights that inform product decisions.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and technical teams by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, including user roles, permissions, and configurations, while staying ahead of platform updates.
  • Continuously learn and adapt, staying informed on ESG trends, agile practices, and platform capabilities to support product evolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product operations, product analysis, or technical product support.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, ideally with Net Zero Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking principles.
  • Comfortable working with technical systems and architecture, with a willingness to dive deep into platform mechanics.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Exceptional at breaking down complex concepts for non-technical individuals.
  • Experience working with product enablers: product data, users, and key partners.
  • Interest in ESG reporting and sustainability is a plus.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $75,700.00 - $94,620.00 per year
