About the Job

We are looking for a temporary Customer Experience Lead who will ensure the smooth execution of customer‑facing initiatives across restaurant and digital touchpoints. This role is highly operational: you are the person who brings order, structure, and flawless coordination to a wide range of customer experience projects.

You will collaborate closely with multiple internal teams (Brand & Menu team, Operations, IT, Supply Chain) as well as external partners. Your mission is to ensure that customer‑impacting initiatives are delivered on time, accurately, and consistently across our restaurants.

In this role you will deepen connections with key audiences to deliver a culturally and personally relevant experience both online and offline. You will be part of an award winning network of global marketers, translating iconic brand assets to locally relevant messages, activations, and conversations with our customers. 

You will:

  • Coordinate the execution of customer experience initiatives (campaigns, POS projects, etc.) across restaurant and digital channels.
  • Work closely with Brand and Menu teams to roll out strategic priorities operationally.
  • Manage workflow between teams and agencies, ensuring timely delivery of assets and materials.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to ensure accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct thorough end‑to‑end testing of campaigns and projects on all touchpoints before go‑live to ensure flawless execution.
  • Own McDelivery performance (particularly the day‑to‑day operational management), working cross-functionally with delivery partners and internal teams

Your Menu

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in marketing roles with a track record of successful campaigns and projects
  • Ability to track and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines across various touchpoints
  • You are highly structured, process‑driven, and detail‑obsessed - a true control freak in the best possible way.
  • Experience supporting and steering teams and collaborating across internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and French
