  • Support proactive risk identification, assessing critical operational threats to GBS and Global Offices, monitoring service landscapes for emerging issues, and conducting risk reviews that keep leadership ahead of potential disruptions
  • Command incident response during crises by orchestrating rapid coordination in partnership with ERM, Global Tech, and functional teams, managing escalations through established governance channels to minimize impact and restore operations
  • Work with Global Offices and functional teams to ensure plans are current, enterprise-aligned, and activation-ready, creating bulletproof continuity strategies that protect critical operations

Drive risk mitigation accountability across GBS teams by tracking progress, providing executive visibility into risk landscapes, and ensuring swift resolution of outstanding actions that could impact operational stability
  • Build organizational resilience through communities of practice and training programs that drive a culture of risk awareness and proactive monitoring across the enterprise
