Position Summary: Manager, Transformation

We are looking for a Manager in McDonald’s in India Org Activation team, who will report to the McDonald’s in India Org Activation Director. This role will perform transition activities under broader Transforation objectives.
The Transformation Manager will assist in managing transition and change management activities at the McDonald’s India in Hyderabad, supporting day 1 readiness and organizational transformation efforts. This role will involve workforce transition, change, communication, learning, and organizational support, collaborating closely with teams to implement strategies that help the center achieve its operational and strategic objectives.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Support day 1 readiness by coordinating hiring and onboarding of employees
- Translate functional modernization deployment plans into people-readiness actions
- Coordinate training, learning, KT, and upskilling programs
- Monitor people readiness across transformation waves
- Facilitate change management and communication initiatives
- Support organizational design implementation
- - Track transition progress and provide leadership updates
- - Engage cross-functional teams for seamless integration

Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
- 7 to 11 years of Core Transition Experience across multiple domains
- 5–7 years of executing end to end transitions, with different types of transitons including vendor to vendor, shared services to vendor, rebadging scope.
- Degree in Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field
- PMP, Prince II, Change management certifications preferred
- Experience with workforce transitions and day 1 readiness
- Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
