Duties

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including business rules, workflows, and metadata framework.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, analyze HR processes, and translate them into system solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Employee Central, providing Tier 2/3 support as needed.
  • Conduct thorough testing of system changes in preview and production environments, ensuring data integrity and process optimization.
  • Document configuration changes for stakeholders.
  • Support mass data uploads into Employee Central as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with technology and business teams to deliver solutions.
  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices, recommending improvements and innovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2 years directly configuring Employee Central.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data management within Employee Central.
  • Experience with system configuration, business rule creation, workflow administration, and data analysis in SuccessFactors.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business partners and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Recruiting is a plus.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (Employee Central) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Curious, continuous learner, with a desire to work in a fast paced, evolving environment.
