Duties
Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Module, ensuring all facets of the compensation cycle are accurately represented and supported.
- Participate in annual and quarterly compensation planning cycles, including salary, merit, bonus, and incentive processes.
- Collaborate with HR, business partners, and technical teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into system configurations, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Implement and maintain eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, and compensation statements within SuccessFactors.
- Utilize and promote AI-driven features in compensation management to enhance process efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document system issues, enhancements, and upgrades related to the Compensation Module.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Goal Management modules.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, manage JIRA tickets, and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Experience in Handling Standard statement and Custom combined statements in xsl code with Total Compensation Template
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2 years focused on configuring and supporting the Compensation Module.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end compensation cycle, including salary planning, bonus/incentive programs, eligibility, guidelines, and compensation statements.
- Experience with AI features in compensation management (e.g., predictive analytics, automated recommendations).
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, or Performance Management/Goal Management modules is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical colleagues and business partners.
- Experience working in agile environments and using JIRA or similar tools for project management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and document system issues and enhancements.
- Curious, continuous learner, with a desire to work in a fast paced, evolving environment.
