  • HiPo Cohort Tracking: Maintain the technical backlog for High Potential cohort management tools. Capture enhancement requests and ensure the system effectively tracks development and movement for these critical talent groups.

  • Governance Support: Lead weekly status meetings and stakeholder check-ins; manage the documentation of agendas, action items, and the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for HRBPs and IT/HRIS regarding the status of talent deliverables and tool readiness.
  • Readiness Reviews: Facilitate go-live readiness checks and ensure that all session support coverage is scheduled and confirmed.
  • Cycle Wrap-Up: Coordinate post-cycle "post-mortems" to document lessons learned and technical recommendations for the next Talent and Succession cycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 11–15 years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Management, or HRIS. Previous experience in "Lead" or “Manager” capacity is preferred.
