Department Overview
The Paralegal will support the Global CLM team in executing contract lifecycle management tasks, working closely with the English or Global Contract Manager. Key responsibilities include drafting initial versions of contracts, supporting high-priority contracting requests, verifying contract details, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Enterprise Legal priorities, collaborate effectively with Legal Assistants, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
Duties
• Creating First Draft: Provide initial drafting of common contracts, such as NDAs, ordering requests
• Contract Intake: Support contract intake from SNOW by submitting intake forms for “VIP” clients and verifying contract details, as well as routing high-priority requests to the right stakeholders
• Chasing Signatures: Initiate DocuSign and other approval processes to ensure timely execution, coordinating with the Legal and the Business as needed
• Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and/or ad-hoc reports on contracting status relating to creating, approval, and execution status
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of legal training
• Experience managing Icertis or similar CLM tool
• Prefer 3-5 years of paralegal experience in corporate legal setting
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks simultaneously and pay attention to detail
