Department Overview
The Strategic Alignment Manager will work with the Field Vice Presidents (FVP) as a critical organizer and gatekeeper. The successful candidate will be a charismatic networker and attuned listener with the ability to work collaboratively to manage competing priorities among stakeholder groups. A strong background in project management, along with experience directing organizations and programs, is preferred. This person will oversee a diverse range of projects and initiatives, including all logistics, event planning, calendaring for the field leadership team, and coordination of strategic communications with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders.
*Will report to the Field Vice President and have a dotted line to the National Chief of Staff. Will have administrative coordinators as direct reports.
Base Location and Travel
- Applicants must be based out of Los Angeles, CA or Phoenix, AZ metros to be considered (relocation not supported).
- This role requires travel of up to 20% within territory.
Primary Accountabilities
- Drive coordination, communication, and commitment of strategic vision, key priorities, and performance outcomes for the Field Office, ensuring clarity, alignment, and advocacy.
- Manage agenda and logistics for leadership meetings.
- Take notes and communicate action items at each strategic meeting.
- Lead and coordinate leadership presentations (example: Field Leadership Team, Field Alignment Council)
- Establish rhythm of performance management and narrative routines to prepare for QBRs and the planning cycle.
- Calendaring across Field Office objectives to allow for feasible attendance by all major stakeholders.
- Foster relationships, influence, and advocacy amongst Operator Leadership Team, with key responsibility of stewarding relationship and ways of working with FAC
- Improve and streamline boardroom to crew room communication by working closely with internal communications, trimester planning teams, and FAC advisors
- Drive energy and outcomes through coordination of Field Office major milestones and events (SLT Visits, Max Growth, Summit, FAC Kick Off, and FAC in-person meetings)
- Manage a team of high-performing administrators to effectively and efficiently manage logistics, budget, and coordination of meetings and events.

- Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, focused on results; ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and, at times, within ambiguous and undefined circumstances
- Proven ability to exercise good judgment, handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while being flexible, collaborative, and deadline driven
- Excellent communicator with ability to adapt & simplify messaging for various audiences & levels in the organization
- Demonstrated ability with change management, including enterprise-level communication and partner engagement
- Ability to build trust with the Franchisees to establish productive work relationships
- Ability to travel within a set geography

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $115,872.00 - $144,840.00 per year
