The Commercial Product & Platform vision develops global technology products and platforms that delight our customers and enable our crews to operate our restaurants reliably and effectively.
The Senior Manager – Global DMB CMS Deployment & Adoption is accountable for end‑to‑end global governance, readiness, and execution of DMB CMS deployments across International Markets. This role operates at global scale, owning deployment strategy, stage‑gate governance, release readiness, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure predictable, high‑quality market adoption of the DMB CMS platform.
The role bridges engineering delivery, vendor execution, and market adoption, ensuring solutions move reliably from build to sustained operational use, while continuously improving deployment models, BAU governance, and global scalability.
Duties
- Own global governance and stage‑gate execution for Coates‑led DMB CMS deployments across International Markets.
- Lead rollout sequencing, readiness, and adoption outcomes with Segment, Engineering, PMO, Test, and Vendor teams.
- Ensure build‑to‑adoption readiness (discovery, training, playbooks, migration, operational support) before go‑live.
- Partner with Release Management to prioritize releases by impact, risk, and quality; oversee global UAT and defect triage.
- Standardize BAU governance (release cadence, production readiness, KPIs) and act as escalation point for cross‑market risks/defects.
- Drive vendor delivery quality and continuous improvement; provide executive‑ready reporting on readiness, risks, and trade‑offs.
- Lead alternative platform discovery/feasibility (e.g., Samsung/LG) and recommend path forward.

- Own enterprise‑scale, multi‑market deployment strategy, stage‑gate governance, and execution with accountability for outcomes.
Senior Stakeholder & Matrix Leadership:
- Influence cross‑functional leaders and vendors through governance, data‑backed trade‑offs, and decision frameworks.
Program Governance & Risk Ownership:
- Establish and operate end‑to‑end governance, RAID management, and escalation to ensure predictable delivery at scale.
Release & Production Readiness Accountability:
- Own go/no‑go decisions, UAT, cutovers, hypercare, and operational stability post‑deployment.
Change Management & BAU Transition:
- Drive global adoption through training, playbooks, and operational handover to sustained BAU performance.
Vendor Performance & Continuous Improvement:
- Govern external partner delivery quality, performance, and improvement at enterprise scale.
Data‑Driven Operating Model Optimization:
- Define KPIs and continuously improve deployment and adoption effectiveness using measurable outcomes.
Continuous Improvement and Feedback:
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from customers, internal partners, and team members.
Identify Core Problems or Opportunities Within Business Processes:
- Lead discussions with experts like segment leaders, Market CIOs and Product Managers
- Influence without authority to drive outcomes and solve complex technical challenges.
People Management and Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor a team of associate tech leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts to ensure a productive and positive team culture.
- Set clear goals and expectations, and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering preferred or equivalent work experience in hands-on technology environment.
- Software development experience, with knowledge of Agile software development processes, including application of Agile techniques and delivery practices, and promoting adoption of Agile methodologies to secure a dedicated mindset in product teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain sophisticated technical decisions to non-technical collaborators.
- Excellent understanding of the latest development technologies.
- Familiar with partnering with collaborators across an at-scale, sophisticated, global organization setup
- Strong positive thinking skills that include creating a safe environment to learn, challenge, accept risk-taking
- Ablity to navigate complex matrix organization structures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- People management experience is a plus.
