At McDonald’s, we are looking for a Health & Safety Supervisor for our Madrid offices. The main purpose of this role will be to Ensure that Health & Safety administrative processes are kept up to date, while overseeing Health & Safety activities to guarantee compliance with applicable sector regulations at a national level across all our restaurants.
What will key accountabilities be?
- Management and control of absenteeism at national level
- Management and control of workplace accident rates at national level
- Control and follow-up of risk situations during pregnancy
- Support and collaboration in court proceedings and inspections
- Participation in the development of the annual H&S training plan
- Establishment of the annual schedule for psychosocial risk assessments
- Establishment and promotion of a business activity coordination procedure
- Support in the development of prevention protocols
- Participation in Health and Safety Committees
- Establishment and promotion of a workplace harassment protocol
- Support with openings, subrogations, and restaurants under construction.
- Review of objective dismissals
- Support, monitoring and control of incidents with suppliers
- Support with H&S documentation
- Support in the creation of H&S management tools
- Involvement in leading the Prevention Representative
- Maintenance and updating of the H&S intranet (Click ).
- Participation in drills carried out in the Barcelona / Levante / Balearic Islands market.
- Support in the recruitment processes for the Barcelona hiring center.
- Supervision of the creation and optimization of the Wellbeing Plan for Corporate and Restaurants

Position Requests
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience
Academic Studies / Knowledge
- Degree in Engineering,Labor Relations, Law or similar qualification.
- Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention
- Languages: English (b2), both written and spoken
