IT Consultant

Duties

• Become a system matter expert consulting to restaurants
• Goal and results focused, presenting plans & outcomes into the I.T. Working Group
• Build and lead the NZ OTP 3 group to meet objectives
• Present OTP3 Classes 2 to 3 times per year
• Localizes and creates content to drive OTP in Workplace
• Work as part of the ANZ Services Regional I.T. Services team
• Consult to franchisees on technology re-investment plans
• Acts as an on the ground escalation between the helpdesk and restaurants when needed.
• Works through the OTP Group to create improvement objectives for franchise organisations.

Qualifications

You either have or are studying towards a formal I.T. qualification, or you are a self-taught geek. You have a good understanding of I.P. Networks, what a command prompt is and a CSV file.
