Could you be our next Assistant Accountant - RTR?
In this role, you will be at the heart of our finance department, conduct basic reconciliation, journals, mailbox management and support critical monthly processes to ensure accurate financial statements. If you are someone starting off in your accounting journey with some experience under your belt or enjoy the flexibility of contract work, apply today! What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
- Effective resolution of queries from Restaurants, Operations, Finance and other business stakeholders in a timely fashion
- Creating and posting journals to ensure P&L and Balance sheet accuracy and integrity
- Balance sheet account management and reconciliation
- Meeting critical due dates and deadlines, especially during the month end process
- Sales and Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of Tax reconciliations
- Month End close processes
Your keys to success:
- Studying or completed Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Demonstrated 1 year prior experience in a similar role
- Displays a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work
- Strong communications skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
