Could you be our next Associate, Technology Testing?

As the Associate, Technology Testing you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our key digital and restaurant technology initiatives. You will support the AU technology test team in the manual end-to-end acceptance testing of our key mobile and web technology initiatives. This is an initial 12 month fixed-term opportunity.

What you can expect on a day-to-day basis:

  • Assisting in crafting meticulous test cases and contribute to cycle planning
  • Executing test cases, ensuring the flawless functionality of integrated digital and restaurant systems
  • Paying meticulous attention to detail, capturing and reporting defects using tools like JIRA
  • Contributing to reporting on testing progression, keeping everyone in the loop
  • Assisting in updating and maintaining accurate test scripts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional project teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Validating deployments in a production environment and provide support for reported issues
  • Configuring "test labs" to mirror various restaurant topologies for comprehensive testing
  • Working closely with stakeholders to align on requirements and communicate testing outcomes

Your keys to success:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience with test case creation, reports, and cycle updates
  • Familiarity with manual and automation testing, with exposure to tools like JIRA
  • A working understanding of structured quality assurance approaches and techniques
  • Understanding of restaurant operations; quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience is a plus
  • Experience with Observability platforms (e.g., New Relic & Datadog) and tools like Fiddler/Charles/Postman/GitHub is a plus
