Could you be our next Brand Manager (Brand & Social)?

Want your work to be seen, shared and talked about across the country? Excited by the idea of turning cultural moments into campaigns that build real brand love? We're looking for a Brand Manager (Brand & Social) on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join the Brand team in our National Marketing Team. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you'll lead integrated brand, social and creator programs from development through to execution and evaluation. You'll work with best-in-class agency partners, global teams and stakeholders across the business.

What you can expect on a day-to-day basis:

  • Leading integrated national brand campaigns from early concept through to launch, optimisation and evaluation
  • Briefing and managing creative, production and media agencies, holding partners accountable for quality, timelines and budget
  • Building always-on social, creator and cultural programs that keep Macca's authentically part of the conversation
  • Managing strategic partnerships and creator activity, from briefing through to performance reporting
  • Planning brand experiences and activations that drive engagement and earned media reach
  • Working with global teams so local activity matches global brand direction
  • Managing marketing budgets and turning campaign results into insights for future planning

Your keys to success:

  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience across social, influencer/creator marketing, partnerships and activations
  • A track record of creating culturally relevant work that resonates with consumers
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to link data, insights and creative ideas to business outcomes
  • Experience managing agencies while keeping relationships strong and productive
  • Excellent project management skills, delivering multiple projects on time and on budget
  • Clear, confident communication, tailored to different stakeholders
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred)
