Could you be our next Brand Manager, Value?
At McDonald’s, the Value Platform is the engine room of our value strategy, and in this role you’ll be right at the heart of it. As Brand Manager, Value, you’ll lead the development and execution of national value campaigns that bring affordability to life for millions of Australians, shaping how Macca’s shows up in culture while driving meaningful business results.
You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with creative and media agency partners, as well as cross‑functional internal stakeholders, turning customer data and insights into action and opportunity. This is a fixed‑term role through to the end of December, created to support continued business growth during a critical period for the brand and offering the opportunity to make a real impact at scale.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
- Leading and delivering the end‑to‑end annual value activation plan, ensuring campaigns land on time and on strategy
- Driving tactical value plans that deliver great value experiences across Australia
- Championing creative excellence, maintaining strong brand positioning and breakthrough value promotions
- Acting as the key liaison between marketing, cross‑functional teams, and creative/media agency partners
- Coordinating teams across marketing, digital, merchandising and analytics to deliver integrated outcomes
- Applying pricing principles and manage test‑and‑learn frameworks to drive incremental customer behaviour
- Managing budgets, track spend, and ensure efficient use of resources
- Leveraging data and insights through regular reporting to continuously optimise performance
Your keys to success:
- 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing, eCommerce or marketing roles, ideally within QSR, retail or consumer brands
- A degree in marketing or a related discipline
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect data, customer insights and creative thinking to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Experience developing and activating audience strategies, including segmentation and use of first‑party data to drive customer engagement
- Understanding of pricing principles and value architecture, and how affordability can be brought to life for customers
