Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for delivering impactful promotions? We’re looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to drive our annual promotions activation plan from end to end—ensuring flawless execution, creative excellence, and measurable results. In this role, you’ll spearhead tactical value initiatives across mass and digital channels, champion breakthrough campaigns that resonate with consumers, and act as the key liaison between marketing teams, business stakeholders, and agencies. What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

  • Developing and executing the annual promotions activation plan including the end-to-end activities and ensuring they are delivered on time
  • Leading the tactical value plans integrating mass and digital channels, tentpole campaigns, and events ensuring all initiatives ladder up to delivering good value for money
  • Championing creative excellence by maintaining consistent brand positioning and driving distinctive breakthrough promotions that resonate with consumers
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between the Marketing teams, business stakeholders and creative/media agencies
  • Facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, digital and merchandising
  • Monitoring team performance, resolve delivery blockers, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Using pricing principles to conduct, monitor and report on test and learn frameworks
  • Overseeing project budgets, track spend and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Gathering and use data and insights through regular reporting to inform decision-making and improve future performance

Your keys to success:

  • Ideally 5+ years of proven experience in brand marketing, eCommerce, or marketing, ideally in QSR, retail or consumer brands
  • A degree within a marketing or technical subject (desirable)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-faceted team environment
  • Strong commercial acumen – able to connect data, insights and creative ideas to business outcomes
  • Solid project management skills with a demonstrable record of overseeing and delivering multiple projects on time and on budget
  • Strong experience in audience strategy, segmentation, and activation of first-party data
  • Proven ability to lead ongoing test-and-learn initiatives across the customer journey, driving incremental customer behaviours within our value ecosystem
  • Experience in pricing strategy and value architecture, shaping how affordability shows up for our customers
  • Ability to work with direct creative, media and analytics agencies to continue to optimise brand positioning and creative tone through the value customer journey
