As Manager, GI Mod Market Change Lead, you will own the people and change strategy for the Global Indirect Procurement Modernisation (GI Mod) program across the Australian market, a cornerstone Global Business Services transformation shaping a One McDonald’s Way approach to how indirect goods and services are procured. Operating at the intersection of strategy, leadership and execution, you will partner closely with ANZ Transformation leaders, global program teams and senior stakeholders to influence direction, build alignment and drive meaningful, sustained change. Your work will enable leaders and teams to confidently transition to the future‑state operating model, embedding new ways of working that deliver lasting business impact.
What you can expect on a day-to-day basis:
- Leading the end‑to‑end change strategy for GI Mod in Australia, aligned to global frameworks and ANZ principles
- Assessing market readiness and designing targeted interventions across people, process and technology
- Partnering with senior leaders to build ownership, advocacy and role‑modelling of new behaviours
- Leading clear, engaging and locally relevant communications aligned to global narratives
- Supporting learning and capability uplift for new processes, tools and ways of working
- Driving behavioural and mindset shifts required for GI Mod adoption
- Tracking adoption, engagement and change risks, providing insights to ANZ and Global leadership
Your keys to success:
- Proven experience leading change for complex, enterprise‑wide transformation programs
- Strong grounding in structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or similar)
- Experience supporting large‑scale process, technology or operating model change
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and facilitation capability
- Ability to translate global strategy into practical, local change actionsHigh resilience and adaptability in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
