Could you be our next Field Operations Consultant?
At McDonald’s, our Restaurants are at the heart of everything we do. The NSW Field team is excited to offer a unique opportunity to work directly with our Restaurant Owners/Operators, playing a key role in driving performance across sales, QSC, profitability, and people development. In this dynamic role, you’ll also support the growth of our team members, empowering them to contribute to the success of the Australian 'Plan'.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
- Championing McDonald’s Brand Standards across QSC, safety, and people practices
- Partnering with Owner/Operators to drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and long-term business planning
- Identifying opportunities and risks, providing actionable insights to optimise market potential
- Leading improvement initiatives and support reinvestment strategies including new builds, remodels, and equipment upgrades
- Facilitating Owner/Operator reviews and consult on organisational structure and financial viability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and support restaurant success
- Promoting local marketing plans and ensure effective execution of new platforms and products
- Supporting training and development of registered applicants and assist with policy rollouts
Your keys to success:
- Previous or current McDonald's Restaurant Management experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with both Owner/Operators and internal teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture and consult across all business levels
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a knack for identifying and solving problems using data-driven insights
- Confident communicator who can influence, challenge thinking, and lead meaningful conversations
- Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and drive results
- Skilled presenter with the ability to engage diverse audiences
