Are you passionate about creating seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital and in-store platforms? We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Merchandising Manager who will be at the forefront of how customers experience McDonald’s across our digital and in-restaurant touchpoints. This role is a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, where you’ll lead content production and strategy across campaigns and channels to deliver a consistent and compelling customer journey.

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

  • Acting as the go-to expert for digital merchandising, guiding teams on best practices and content performance
  • Delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand consistency
  • Managing agency and vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery
  • Supporting the rollout of new in-restaurant digital experiences aligned with business goals
  • Analysing campaign performance and customer insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Contributing to digital experience initiatives across CRM, eCommerce, and new digital launches

Your keys to success:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing or digital roles
  • Strong retail and merchandising expertise, ideally within QSR or retail environments
  • Experience managing both in-store and digital merchandising channels (e.g. kiosks, menu boards, app, web)
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise content based on performance insights
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationships
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills
  • A degree in marketing or a related field is desirable
