Duties

Could you be our next Loyalty & CRM Manager?
The Marketing Team have an exciting opportunity for a Loyalty & CRM Manager role who will set the strategy and work with the team and agencies to deliver on both planning and execution. You’ll use your strong understanding of business and customer drivers and will leverage your skills to contribute to these metrics. The role is fast paced and plays a key part in continually optimising the identified customer experience to deliver both customer and business outcomes. From working with cross functional teams internally, to guiding external agencies to ensure we’re leveraging our customer data to fuel campaign and business performance.
 

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis? 
•    Localising the Loyalty (MyMacca’s Rewards) strategy, roadmap, execution and measurement 
•    Customer Lifecycle strategy and enrichment roadmap
•    Overseeing the CRM manager to ensure effective delivery of our campaigns
•    Customer Data strategy and enrichment roadmap, execution and measurement
•    Ability to identify the most efficient customer interaction approaches & prioritise them accordingly
•    Presenting and communicating ongoing opportunities that put the customer at the heart of decisioning whilst balancing and ensuring tangible business value
•    Being a proactive custodian to drive customer data through the marketing tactical plan
•    Proactively monitoring and reporting on progress and performance against agreed deliverables to ensure quality of outcomes and seamless integration with other project streams
•    Monitoring industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition
•    Ensuring brand and ethical standards are maintained
•    Working with various agencies to ensure high performance and quality

Qualifications

Your keys to success:
•    Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
•    Organised, strong time management skills and proactive
•    Strong in interpersonal relationship skills 
•    Solid project management skills with a demonstrable record of overseeing and delivering multiple projects on time and on budget 
•    Worked in medium to large organisations, with the ability to execute large digitally led programs of work
•    A results-driven individual with the ability to meet goals and targets
•    Ability to work with direct agencies
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and various reporting tools
•    Strong understanding of customer data sets including: Transactional, behavioural and attitudinal 
•    5+ years of proven experience delivering Digital programs of work that are centred around customer data and ones that drive tangible commerce outcomes
•    A degree within a marketing or technical subject area required
