As the Manager, Marketing Process & Budget, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering national and state marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You’ll drive alignment across teams, manage budgets and timelines, and embed agile ways of working to ensure speed, consistency, and impact. What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

  • Leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient delivery
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive alignment
  • Championing agile processes and continuous improvement
  • Monitoring performance and ensuring visibility of key initiatives

Your keys to success:

  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign lifecycles
  • Experience managing budgets and using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to lead and influence across teams and levels
