Could you be our next Payroll Specialist (Processing)?

Are you detail-driven and passionate about getting things right the first time? Do you enjoy working collaboratively while delivering exceptional service to stakeholders? We’re looking for Payroll Specialists to join our Finance team on both permanent and fixed-term opportunities. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end processing of payroll, ensuring employees are paid correctly while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and service.

What you can expect on a day-to-day basis:

  • Supporting end-to-end payroll processing across weekly and semi-monthly cycles
  • Ensuring payroll transactions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
  • Maintaining and updating employee payroll records with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Responding to payroll queries from employees and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audit requirements
  • Supporting statutory obligations including payroll tax, superannuation, and PAYG
  • Identifying and escalating discrepancies, contributing to issue resolution
  • Driving continuous improvement across payroll processes and controls
