What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

Partnering with senior leaders and People Partners to support end‑to‑end people strategies aligned to business priorities

Coaching leaders on performance management, engagement, capability and team effectiveness
-
Supporting workforce planning, role design and succession readiness across corporate teams
-
Contributing to and supporting enterprise people cycles, including performance, development, engagement and organisational planning

Using people insights and data to inform leadership decisions and identify risks, trends and opportunities
-
Supporting change initiatives and business transformations with a strong focus on employee experience

Collaborating closely with the wider Corporate People Team and global stakeholders to deliver joined‑up people solutions

Leading and developing a small, high‑impact team, balancing operational support with project and strategic work
Your keys to success:
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Demonstrated experience working across people programs, leadership enablement, workforce planning or employee experience in a corporate or enterprise environment

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence partnering with senior leaders

Ability to translate people data and insights into clear, practical recommendations

Strong project coordination skills and comfort managing multiple priorities

Clear, professional communication skills, including executive‑level presentations

A collaborative leadership style with experience leading or developing small teams
