The Opportunity

We currently have a 1-year contract position available for a Business Process Specialist.  This position will be based out of our regional office in Toronto, ON, and reports directly to the Manager of Business Process.  This is posting is for a new role.

Duties

  • Focus on change management to support the post-go-live adoption of Oracle Fusion PPM within the National Restaurant Development team. This will involve collaborating with end users to identify issues, monitor processes, and provide recommendations for improvements to the Business Process team.
  • Validate data and transactions to ensure accurate and correct reporting of project costs. 
  • Support key processes & procedures related to the new restaurant development lifecycle from site feasibility/due diligence through post-restaurant opening.
  • Assist with special projects aimed at enhancing process optimization and governance in Restaurant Development.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of finance/data administration experience. Background in Construction is preferred.
  • Experience with an ERP System implementation or deployment of major upgrades  
  • McDonald’s Business Systems (i.e. Oracle Fusion PPM, PCA, Smartsheet) experience is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, including experience working with numerous stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter seeking expanding role in a dynamic development team.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $61,440 - $81,919 per year
