The National Marketing department is seeking a highly motivated Supervisor, Marketing to support the McCafé & Breakfast portfolios and initiatives across the Canadian market. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marleting, this role is based in Toronto, ON.

Duties
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of assigned marketing and sales‑building initiatives.
- Support the Sr. Marketing Lead in identifying market opportunities and building programs that address them.
- Apply strategic thinking and represent the “voice of the consumer” in all planning and execution.
- Guide cross‑functional and agency partners by providing clear briefs, facilitating brainstorming sessions, approving creative concepts, and overseeing program timelines and budgets.
- Consolidate and analyze data to deliver timely insights that inform strategic recommendations and confident decision‑making.
- Monitor program performance and stay current on sales results, economic shifts, and industry trends.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business; an MBA in Marketing is an asset.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of marketing experience spanning category and/or brand management, plus agency or account‑management exposure.
Campaign Development: Proven experience developing campaign briefs with clear objectives and strategic intent.
Channel Expertise: Hands-on experience managing multi‑channel campaigns (TV, digital, social, merchandising, CRM).
Creativity: Demonstrated ability to bring forward innovative ideas and inspire creative thinking.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
Analytical Skills: Strong strategic and analytical acumen, with the ability to interpret sales, consumer, and digital performance data to inform marketing strategies.
Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment as both an individual contributor and team player.
Leadership: Self‑starter who can influence, align, and inspire stakeholders toward shared goals.
Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $76,799 - $102,398 per year
