Key Responsibilities
- Participates Leads and orchestrates a portfolio of key transformation initiatives
within an organization undergoing an active and evolving transformation,ensuring alignment across functions, identifying interdependencies and risks, and maintaining a holistic “end-to-end” view of change across the organization.
- Drives business transformation initiatives across multiple areas, including financial transformation and other strategic programs, ensuring effective delivery from both a process and people (change management) perspective.
- Designs, implements, and continuously improves ways of working by standardizing and optimizing cross-functional processes, reducing duplication, and improving operational efficiency in line with strategic growth objectives.
- Acts as a central point of coordination for cross-functional projects in a matrixed and fluid environment,working with business owners and functional leads who deliver individual initiatives, supporting prioritization, governance, and decision-making.
- Supports change management activities by assessing organizational readiness, engaging stakeholders, addressing resistance, and ensuring adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviours across teams.
- Implements and develops project and transformation management methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., Jira, Lean, selected Agile elements), ensuring practical application and real business impact rather than theoretical design.
- Works closely with senior leadership, strategy, and business teams to diagnose issues, propose actionable recommendations, and support execution in a complex, matrixed, and globally aligned environment.
- Provides regular reporting and updates on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes to regional and global stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with global standards and expectations.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in leading complex, cross‑functional transformations.
- University degree in business, management, engineering, economics, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience leading business and organizational transformations, including process optimization and change management initiatives.
- Strong practical knowledge of project and portfolio management approaches, including experience with tools such as Jira, Lean methodologies, and elements of Agile.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to lead without formal authority in a matrix and globally aligned organization.
- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, ambiguous, and partially unstructured environments and to bring clarity and structure where processes are not yet fully defined.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose issues and propose pragmatic, actionable solutions.
- High level of personal drive, accountability, and execution focus.
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
